  • What do you do?

We create and implement custom calling campaigns for our clients, acting as an intermediary, so our clients can undertake the sales process with qualified prospects, saving them time and money.

We are experienced in working with a number of different business ranging from real estate agencies to medical equipment companies.

 

  • Can you answer my calls too?

Yes! Offer a reception service as well as outbound calling, we can take your messages, make appointments and provide your clients with any information you require. We will then forward your messages to you when you specify.

 

  • What are the benefits?

We act as your "voice" on the phone, initiating contact with your past, present or future clients. Our new customer services give you a "foot in the door" so when you follow-up on your prospects, they already know who you are, and have an idea about what you do.

 

  •  What times do you call?

Our call centre operates in two shifts, 9am to 4:30pm for business calling and 5pm to 8:30pm for residential calling.

 

  •  Can you call people from my database or the phone book?

Yes! We can call as many or as few people as you require in whatever location you need, whether it be within your local area, or nationwide.

 

  • Can you send my marketing material before you call?

Yes! We recommend that informational letters or flyers are sent out prior to calling, in order to increase awareness of your company and products before any calls are made.
